Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Accountant and assisting the Accountant in the daily accounting operations. The position shall participate with the monthly closing, assist in accounts payable and receivable processing, assist with the preparation of the monthly profit and loss statements, and maintain balance sheet schedules and subsidiary ledgers, as well as assist in with various special projects.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the role shall be responsible in assisting in the daily accounting operations. The position shall participate with the monthly closing, assist in accounts payable and receivable processing, assist with the preparation of the monthly profit and loss statements, and maintain balance sheet schedules and subsidiary ledgers, as well as assist in with various special projects

The Administrative Officer shall be responsible for related administrative support services. The role will also perform the task of a Financial Analyst to be responsible in financial analysis of the business in the areas of but not limited to, accounting, budgeting, financial planning ad reporting and human resources.

- 2-3 years experience
- Organized, communicative, trustworthy and pro-active
- Ability to multi-task to support marketing, sales and finance team as required.
- Strong knowledge in MS office suite
- Experience with JDE accounting system an advantage

The Administrative Officer shall be responsible for related administrative support services. The role will also perform the task of a Financial Analyst to be responsible in financial analysis of the business in the areas of but not limited to, accounting, budgeting, financial planning ad reporting and human resources.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in similar capacity
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Hands-on, organized, communicative, trustworthy and pro-active.
- Possess the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in all Microsoft office suite
